Return Policy
Here at ATICA, we want you to be perfectly pleased with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not, we have a 90-day return/exchange policy at your convenience; which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return label to return or exchange your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS PURCHASED UNDER "FINAL SALE" * ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STANDARD RETURN POLICY. Please Ensure this at the time of Order Placement.
Free Returns are available ONLY for orders shipped within the USA.
Because of high costs and difficulty with label creation, all international (outside of the USA) customers are responsible for creating their own labels for returns/exchanges.
Please note: It can take up to 3 business days to receive your refund back on your card. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a "like new" condition. Damaged or worn-out products are not eligible for a return.
To start a return, you can contact us directly at support@aticaman.us. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and to where you should send your garment.
Always pack your return safely and securely to avoid any damages that may occur to the returned item.

Defects or size mistakes
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong size or fit so we can make things right.
